Jake was very helpful in buying a new house. He even helped with selling our old house, even though we were doing for sale by owner!
Jake was very helpful and found us a home quickly! My Husband and I were first time home buyers and he was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy. We were hesitant to put an offer on a home unseen but we are so glad we followed his recommendation! He was always quick to respond to emails, calls, or texts and stayed on top of things throughout the process. Any unforeseen issues were addressed immediately and he was never pushy but wasn't complacent either. I would highly recommend Jake and would work with him again!
