Do not use this company! My husband put in a brand new toilet, but it was leaking. So he called Jake Patrick comp, and a service man came to our house. He literally was in the bathroom maybe 10 minutes… and re- tightened the bolts properly … and was done!! The bill….. 300$!!! For maybe 10 minutes of work !! The guy felt so bad, he called the office to ask if he should charge this much …. Apparently it could have been billed differently and for half the cost … but was told no .
