My neighbour was having roof issues and was frustrated that other roofing companies apparently forgot phones are meant to be answered. I recommended Jake Nelson Roofing — and they did not disappoint. The young lady (Brenda) answered the phone and was courteous, knowledgeable, and honestly a customer service pro. Jake and his team came out the very next day, fixed the issue quickly, and charged only $40 for the work! Fair price, fast service, great people. Kudos to Jake Nelson Roofing!
