I’m not one for reviews, but after working with Jake as the listing agent for a renovated home in Lakewood, I had to write this review. At first, Jake came off as a relaxed and approachable, but as soon as we went under contract things changed. We had Viking Inspections inspect the property, and received images and a write-up that stated there are active subterranean termites in the foundation and that the roof was in desperate need of a full replacement.
