Full service oil change every time.
We made an appointment to check out a vehicle. We were chatting with a sales person at 6:30pm last night. We drove over an hour to our appointment. Our sales person was not ready for us. The vehicle was not in sight when we pulled up. Sat there for almost 30 min before finally being told that the vehicle we came to look at was sold last night. After we had set up the appointment apparently and no one felt the need to call us, text us, or email us this information. Thank you for the complete waist of our time.
The service reps were very attentive to the service needed. Dawson listened to what I shared about the service needed and worked with the technicians during the evaluation. They were kind enough to give me a ride home since I did not have other transportation. I appreciate the level of service provided and how they completed the services needed.
