Bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee with my dad and ended up at 6000 miles with engine trouble. Dropped it off to be fixed and was not even looked at for two weeks. Was told part would take 5 to 7 days. That came and went and now another week before it will POSSIBLY be done. So over a MONTH but still making payments for it to sit in their parking lot. Is this how we treat returning customers. My family has bough or leased multiple cars there. Disgusted……..

I went in to see and test drive some trucks. Cameron in sales had a negative attitude for the entire time. He walked us out to the sales lot, showed 2 of 6 trucks I wanted to see. He was not interested in helping us or setting up a test drive.
