I have worked personally with Gino and his team and they are incredible!!! If you want an amazing resource for all things real estate, the Jake and Gino team is it. Authentic, responsive and tons of high value education they put out.

The Jake and Gino brand really does provide value. I love the fact that Gino is vulnerable and authentic. They have helped me not only learn about investing in MF to build wealth but also how to build a strong mindset. After being in their proximity for a while I have notice a difference in how I actually think about things. I was initially attracted to the Jake & Gino community because they didn’t go insane with buying risky deals during the pandemic.
