Jake was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable during every part of our home buying process. Jake helped me and my family with a Real Estate transaction earlier this year. And his greenish and lack of experience showed unfortunately. Even though the transaction closed on schedule, there were times in the middle of the process that we couldn’t tell if he had the Sellers’ best interest at heart over ours. He got flustered and shaken anytime little issues arose during the negotiation stages. That being said, Jake will not doubt get better at his craft, but for now I would proceed with caution.
