We were renting a duplex that Jake bought, he is incapable of telling the truth. He told us so many lies in the time that he owned the duplex. When Jake first purchased the duplex he told us that he was going to sell one side and keep the other (our unit) as a rental. Within a month his sister who is also a realtor was calling to show the unit for sale. When we questioned Jake on this he lied and said she was mistaken and supposed to be showing the next door unit.
