Jake Arden was excellent at following up on showings to get potential buyers’ feedback. He was very astute about the market conditions and asking/selling prices. In addition, once the sales contract was negotiated, he actively pursued and closed out remaining issues for a quick final closing. We highly recommend him!
We moved cross country to SW FL and Jake made it a very enjoyable experience. He put us in touch with a realtor in CA to help sell our home there. And worked with us to find our dream home while being out of state. Once we put in an offer, he was with us every step of the way to answer questions and address concerns.
