I would give 10 stars I was so anxious coming in for the first time, and you and your staff welcomed me with such a great attitude and professionalism, also a beautiful salon. I absolutely Love Love LOVE how my flat twist out came out! I came home and received so many compliments. I am so happy that finally found a signature style that I’m comfortable and happy with as I continue my transition into my natural hair journey. I will be booking appointments consistently. Thank You Nicole you’re the best!!!

First time at this salon and booked my first silk press & trim with Kayla. She was really sweet, taking time to answer my questions and explain things I didn’t know. However, it took over 40 minutes for my service to start. I like how the silk press came out, but none of the curls held as assured. Other than those issues, it was a great experience! Will likely return for other services.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this salon. She arrived on time for her 2:00 p.m. appointment but was left waiting nearly 40 minutes before being seen, which is completely unacceptable. My mother clearly communicated that she wanted a rod set with *elongated* curls—not tight, Shirley Temple–style coils.
