Dr. J seems like a wonderful knowledgeable physician that knows what he's doing and cares for his patients but my reasoning for giving this place a 3 out of 5 stars is the wait time is long as others have mentioned and no one EVER answers the phone when you call. It doesn't matter what time you call, morning, afternoon, close to closing, they NEVER answer. This is a big pet peeve of mine because if I need to set an emergent appt with Dr. J, we cant because EVERYTHING goes to vm and you have to hope and pray someone calls you... read more
I had two visits, and on both occasions my wait time to see the doctor was over an hour. No apologies or excuses were offered. His bedside manner could use a little more empathy. The staff however, were great.
