I have read other reviews and I do agree that when calling it's Always hard to get anyone to answer the phone..But I do get a call back in a very reasonable time. But I have been with Doc for 3 months .He's a great guy and takes time explaining everything to me and the next steps along the way. He puts me at ease every time I go in. I am very pleased with him.
