I have read other reviews and I do agree that when calling it's Always hard to get anyone to answer the phone..But I do get a call back in a very reasonable time. But I have been with Doc for 3 months .He's a great guy and takes time explaining everything to me and the next steps along the way. He puts me at ease every time I go in. I am very pleased with him.
5 Different doctors since my diagnosis in 2020! How can you trust a doctor when you can’t even establish a relationship with one before they switch them on you with no explanation ! Switch up appointment days on you and never notify you of the change! Lie about sending records over to other doctors and never send them! You can’t get through on the phone and never get a call back from anyone and if you do actually get a call they are rude. Dr. J seems like a wonderful knowledgeable physician that knows what he's doing and cares for his patients but my reasoning for giving this place a 3 out of 5 stars is the wait time is long as others have mentioned and no one EVER answers the phone when you call. It doesn't matter what time you call, morning, afternoon, close to closing, they NEVER answer. This is a big pet peeve of mine because if I need to set an emergent appt with Dr. J, we cant because EVERYTHING goes to vm and you have to hope and pray someone calls you... read more
I had two visits, and on both occasions my wait time to see the doctor was over an hour. No apologies or excuses were offered. His bedside manner could use a little more empathy. The staff however, were great.
I am proud to say that he is my uncle.
