I have been a patient of Dr. Jairo de la Voz for several years, and I want to make it clear that I consider him an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the way his office staff handled my prescription refill. I requested an appointment because I need a refill of my blood pressure medication, which I take every day. Dr. D is hands down one of the best primary care doctors. He has a deep understanding of medicine and truly takes the time to address concerns. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t automatically refer you out, if it’s something he can treat himself, he takes care of it. Knowledgeable, thorough, and truly exceptional at what he does!
