The receptionist is a non-professional and an attitude. It seems these people are tired of kids coming everyday or something. They cant be nice all the time. Don't be afraid to say something since they're not paying for your services.
Jocelyn is the worst to address in the clinic as she’s on the reception and had the worst experience with her. At first she said my child will not be seen as the reference number wouldn’t work even if you have changed the doctor. Then she said you will be seen if you pay the $100 bucks and then after waiting 2 hours she said if you pay you will be the first one to be seen.
Called almost 20 times since 4 days no answer from office, finally went there Dr Renu showed up with attitude saying why are we wasting her time, what a joke taking kid there when they are a sick is wasting time for her I’m really upset with this lady now, & my friend also have similar experience with her so now thinking to change Dr, it is not professional with there duty and just making money thru the insurance and patient what great business she started.
She is a great pediatrician . She gets to the point and doesn’t waste time . She’s great and experienced. Very nice and polite also . Couldn’t have found a better place to take my daughter
