A grate doctor always help my kids get better
The receptionist is a non-professional and an attitude. It seems these people are tired of kids coming everyday or something. They cant be nice all the time. Don't be afraid to say something since they're not paying for your services.
Jocelyn is the worst to address in the clinic as she’s on the reception and had the worst experience with her. At first she said my child will not be seen as the reference number wouldn’t work even if you have changed the doctor. Then she said you will be seen if you pay the $100 bucks and then after waiting 2 hours she said if you pay you will be the first one to be seen.
