I have been visiting this dentistry since 2020 and have never had such a bad experience until now. At my recent appointment, as I usually do, I asked the receptionist to check whether my insurance would cover the procedure because I prefer not to pay out of pocket. When it showed that the insurance was not covered, I explained that I had received an email saying my insurance was being changed to a new one.
