Cara was great it was a pleasant visit
Terrible service at the vein clinic. Completely fraudulent, I walked out because of misinformation and false advertisements, I never even got to see the doctor and walked out. The person who processes insurance, Tatiana, still went ahead and charged my insurance multiple times even though I had not received treatment or compression stockings from them. I specifically told this lady to cancel any claims from my insurance as I refused any service due to their demeanor and misinformation. Beware.
I always appreciate the comprehensive care I receive at Jaimes Medical Group. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the doctors I've worked with are very thorough even during routine physicals while being mindful of what services my insurance covers. I've also received solid referrals from this office when suffering from different injuries. Even though I've moved out of Logan Square, I still stick with this group because they're reliable and care about their patients.
