This is only Progressive approved shop in Lake Wales sadly so I have used them twice for fender bender repair/bumper replacement and both times it was a big disappointment. They did not give me a time or cost estimate within a week both times so I had to call in, then both times the cost and time were way different than the estimate I got from calling. I would avoid this place at all costs. My experience was not pleasant. They sure wouldn't be my first choice. Wish I had went somewhere else.
