Jaime is incredibly kind, thoughtful, organized, and so creative. I officiated a wedding that Jamie organized and truly appreciated her communication to all of us vendors! She made me feel calm and secure as a vendor, knowing Jaime and her team had our backs if anything were to go awry (which, of course, it didn't)! Jaime is absolutely someone you will want to have on your team. She's amazing!
As a wedding DJ, I have worked with many wedding coordinators. Working with Jamie has always been wonderful. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, genuine care for the guests and vendors, attention to detail for the set-up and working closely with me to make sure we are in sync throughout the whole day truly makes the whole event go smoothly. I don’t think I have the words to convey how truly amazing Jaime was in our wedding planning process. We didn’t have to stress at all on our beautiful wedding day because of Jaime’s incredible team! I booked Jaime as a month-of-coordinator but she was helpful every step of the way. If I had questions about vendors, the schedule, little details, it was so easy to contact her. Jaime came all the way out to the gorge for our venue walk-through and asked questions with the venue coordinator and catering team that I hadn’t even thought of. Jaime SAVED the day with our wedding. My now-husband and I were planning our wedding in Hood River, OR while living in Austin, TX, so it was a huge help to have someone local to help coordinate things. Not only did Jaime help us with the usual things, like creating timeline, organizing vendors, etc- but she ALSO helped us navigate some potentially disruptive weather that surprised us the week of our wedding.
