He was absolutely so kind and explained everything so I could understand. I would highly recommend him. Also his receptionist Noelia was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. The whole staff was very nice.
If I could give him 0 stars, I would.. Backstory I’m a relatively healthy 29 year old woman. I had been having a lot of abdominal pain, nausea and just feeling sick. After many tests, I had an MRI that showed an aneurysm on my splenic artery. Due to my symptoms, my young age & family history of aneurysms etc. my primary care physician wanted me to go to a vascular surgeon. He referred me to this Watertown location to see Dr.Strachan. Very BAD Dr. Lies! Lies ! Big way to see how much he lies is to ask for a copy of the ultrasound results, test results (not the same as notes...get the RESULTS (easy to read, just google the big words). THATS what I did n found out all the lies he, n assistants tell u. Don't think ur not smart enough to read results!!! U got Google today. NOT like back in the day before internet. O. N I did see a person come in with a newly amputated leg. Now I think, "Could that have been avoided?" 😱
Found him to be friendly and feel he wants to help resolve vein disease in a way that’s least invasive. Wonderful staff ! Very pleased
