Dr. Kratz is an amazing, caring doctor. I would say that he tries his best to solve any issues you may be having. I've seen him for the past 6 years and every time, it's the same. I never feel rushed and know that I'm in good hands. I've recommended him to every person i know needing an allergist and they're pleased as well.
Dr Kratz is, I guess a good dr. but the girls out front aren't very nice. The back office is much better as she was very nice explaining things and getting me set up with the shots that I needed, but because of the rudeness and the laughter at me with no apologies, I cannot in good conscientiousness give 5 stars. I switched allergists one and a half years ago and I am treated much better. Not like a second class citizen. They had me in tears !
