Hoy estuve en la oficina con mi mamá y mi experiencia con el doctor fue excelente el finalmente controla la diabetes que ningún otro doctor a podido controlar todos en la oficina muy profesional sobre todo el doctor Robert otero estoy muy agradecida de su profesionalismo y respecto que trata a sus pacientes se los recomiendo 100 por ciento
Ahi no esta ningun dr Jaime esta un nurse practitioners llamado Robert Otero que para mi es un incompetente no hace las cosas como son uno le habla y no atiende, la reception ni hablar esa sra cree que es la ultima coca cola del desierto, los tiempos de espera son de 3 hr y encima haata utilizang chantajes con los pacientes yo jamas vuelvo a ese lugar ni recomiendo a nadie.
Dr changes from 1 week to another then Dr changes meds without talking to pt. Diabetic who has her sugar controlled thru meds and weight loss. Now to change Dr! And receptionist giving med advice. Lol... u guys are horrible!
These people never answer a call. I can't even find out what corporation they belong to. I don't recommend anyone to trust your health to this place.
