Dr. Vanourny is great! I have seen immediate results with the acne treatment that she recommended. I can definitely feel comfortable with telling her anything related to my treatment.
Free m the time that I entered the room everyone was very nice and had a smile on their face. I had to have a biopsy done and the assistant explained everything she was going to do before she did anything. She also went over the wound care instructions and she told me if I had any questions or concerns to give them a call.
Dr. Vanourny did very well looking me over. She explained everything into detail. Her assistant was very nice.
I was brought back right at my appointment time and kindly greeted by both the doctor and assistant. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent rapport. I have never had a doctor be as thorough as Dr. Vanourny, extremely impressed. I will definitely recommend to all my friends!

Apparently they were overbooked and as my age is older This was my first visit with a dermatologist to see if any damage had been done in the past but that wasn't done at all. My husband went to another doctor and was undressed and examined and had a couple of places frozen. I was late getting out of waiting room into exam room and no undress at all. It was after 4:30 pm by this time and they wanted to go home. very disappointed that I wasted my time and money because they wanted to leave.
Very pleased with my doctor and assistant. Listened to what I was concerned with. Would recommend to friends and family.
