Dr. Nieti was the surgeon on call when I fell and sustained a serious spinal injury that should have paralyzed me. Without delay he explained the injury and what he would do to repair my spine. During surgery, Dr. Nieto not only did what he promised to do, but repaired an old injury. Today, I am better than I was almost 40 years ago. I can’t recommend him more highly. Thank you, Dr. Nieto.
