Dr. Nieti was the surgeon on call when I fell and sustained a serious spinal injury that should have paralyzed me. Without delay he explained the injury and what he would do to repair my spine. During surgery, Dr. Nieto not only did what he promised to do, but repaired an old injury. Today, I am better than I was almost 40 years ago. I can’t recommend him more highly. Thank you, Dr. Nieto. FIVE STARS-HANDS DOWN!! This doctor has a Grade A plus staff, the office is pretty, the environment oozes with care and knowledge, they are patient and indulgent with their patients' personalities AND their needs! Then you have the greatest cherry on top that Dr. Nieto himself is all of the above and a damned skilled spinal specialist to boot! I am facing a very scary diagnosis with my spine, and yet I felt like like I was on a tranquilizer with no anxiety listening to my symptoms. ONE THOUSAND PERCENT I recommend him!
