Dr was always good but then he started rushing through appointments receptionist never answer the calls and always have pharmacy on hold and it's hard to get meds. Have to call them and have pharmacy on thread then they will do their job. Also you leave them messages and never called back.
I do not recommend the doctor or his clinic to anyone. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this place. The doctor never calls my nurse back; I have to call multiple times to get prescriptions filled. I had an important procedure almost canceled because the doctor and his staff disappeared for a week without notice or a forwarding doctor to cover his patients. Dr Jaime Gonzales is a very nice kind Doctor , BUT the people in the office are Very Bad assistants, every time I call for an appointment they always tell me the Doctor is out for vacations “ how many times does he goes to vacations in a year?” Also my appointments are far away within a month or so every time my kids are sick they tell me to take my kids to urgent care clinic. After the pandemic is all bad ! Years ago they helped more than Today. This is my reason for 1 start.
