Dr Jaime Gonzales is a very nice kind Doctor , BUT the people in the office are Very Bad assistants, every time I call for an appointment they always tell me the Doctor is out for vacations “ how many times does he goes to vacations in a year?” Also my appointments are far away within a month or so every time my kids are sick they tell me to take my kids to urgent care clinic. After the pandemic is all bad ! Years ago they helped more than Today. This is my reason for 1 start.
I love the Doc but I called 5 times regarding my liver ultrasound never got a call back. I worked in a medical office before and this is totally unacceptable. People call about tests result because it concerns their life. At least have the decency to call back. I will take this complant to next level.

This office has the worst receptionists. I can never make an appointment when I need to and my pharmacy can never get ahold of this office when my mom needs a prescription refill. I have been calling all day and no one answers the phone at all. Every other clinic that I have called has always answered their phone in an efficient manner but not this office. If you can go to another doctor and do not waste your time here.
