I would not recommend this office. My experience with Dr. Roman was disappointing due to what I perceived as unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. After expressing concerns regarding repeated scheduling issues, including inaccurate appointment information and poor communication from the office staff, my concerns were not adequately addressed. The man that answered the phone is rude unprofessional and hung up on me. Lazy, uninformed, insensitive. Dr Roman. No wonder you have low and bad reviews. DO NOT select this doctor as a primary. The staff is atrocious. Buscate otro doctor. La espera el secretario es un perro rudo sin respeto.
