So far no one has contacted me about my tooth extraction. Ofc said that they called Humana, to get me approved, but Humana has Not been notified from Estrada! Has been a few weeks now,& yet Nothin only phone call I received was right B4 thanksgiving, saying that it may take a few weeks. Very disappointed w/ how I am being treated, & I am a New patient.
My experience with this dental office was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end, the staff was friendly, thorough, helpful, kind and caring. Dr Estrada is exactly the same in demeanor, as to that his skill level is impeccable. I had hours of dental work and during the procedure- no pain. I’m in the healing process now and everything is going very well. I now consider this office my dental home!
I can't praise this facility enough. In my search for a biological dentist for myself and my son, this practice exceeded all my expectations. They stand out as the most honest and transparent dental office I've encountered. I've been a patient of Dr Estrada for a few years. The staff here is the best. Really down to earth, kind people. You always know that your cared about. They take the time that is needed to explain everything about your treatment and are extremely helpful in finding payment options. Dr Estrada himself has a wonderful bedside manor and explains your treatment in a way that is completely understandable. I can't imagine going to anyone else.They are absolutely the best!
100% best staff I have ever had at any office EVER. Caring, dedicated, loving and personable. You feel heard and cared for at this office. Would recommend to everyone!
