if you are a new homebuyer, you really have to keep your eyes peeled when working with this company. The transaction was so about money that at the end of the transaction Dani tried to leave my keys not with me but with a random security guard at Fort AP Hill. During the transaction the seller damaged the property and dani was downplaying the damage with the sellers when there was water coming out of the floor and things were broken after the initial walk through. We recently bought a home with our realtor through Jessica P****** (JessicaFindsHomes) of Pearson Smith Realty. We are extremely disappointed in our experience with her once we had finalized our purchase. The most significant issue I would like to address first, is once we moved in there were several issues with the home (red paint splattered across the brand new garage door, the water was not working to both the refrigerator and outside hose).
