They doubled the price right before the job started, "lost" 5 boxes of bamboo costing $420, damaged a beveled glass table top from carelessness, showed up 3 hours late and left after a couple hours, showed up 5 hours late and left after a couple hours, doing the worst quality work, leaving all their garbage in my driveway, and would not give me a full refund. There were issues with this project from beginning to end - two weeks to replace one room's floor! Many apologies but little action. We were sadly dissapointed.

We did our best to match a color,stain was taken to Sherman Williams to match without any luck. We came to the conclusion that maybe original had a mixture of stains. We work after hours with little success but finally found right combination.Yes it took 2 weeks but it finally work to customer satisfaction. Its should also be noted that we stain cabinets she requested and replaced stair molding at no cost and I gave my profit refund because it took longer than expected.
This was a very favorable experience.
Among the 4 contractors that gave us estimates, Jaime was the most responsive and most flexible. He did what he said he would and was always on time. The products he showed us were top quality and the value was the best among all 4. Installation was smooth and on schedule and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended.
He was excellent showed his recommendation, pricing was very reasonable and much lower then the other bids and he did way more than what the others were offering
I went through many estimates for tile and hardwood through different companies with some very outrageous numbers. Some places even went to the point to ask me 2 reduce rooms or use different materials. As for Jamie his price was more than half off compared to these other companies and with great materials.
