I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Atit Neurology. After being referred for a sleep study in April, I was told I’d hear back in 10 days but never received any follow-up. The office never answers their phones, making it difficult to reach anyone for assistance. My wife even called after a seizure and left multiple messages, but they never returned her call. Love the service and attention to details from Jaime Burns APRN. Jaime is more than thorough, friendly, welcoming and knows her Neurology! She gets the information she needs and always goes the extra mile for her patients. I received nerve blocks and botox for my Migraine Headaches and WOW - she's changed my quality of life!
