I would like to start off by pointing out the fact that the good reviews for this cleaning company that are on google reviews come from the owner and the staff themselves. My husband and I purchased a home. We are also expecting. Unfortunately, the home needed major cleaning due to the fact that the previous owners were neglectful of their animals and left feces, urine and throw up in the home. I would not recommend was very disappointed. I don’t know what they cleaned in the 12 hours that I was charged for ....

I do not recommend this company because they do not provide the service we negotiated in the price. It’s a ripoff, for the amount they’ve asked they just vacuumed the vents, something that I could have done myself. When I complained, they refunded 25$ instead of actually do the job they promised they would. Very disappointed.
Booking was easy, Conrad was on time, super efficient, and very kind. Shelley on the phone and FB messenger was “on” throughout, from booking to notifying arrival and payment. Three carpets and one couch sparkling new in an hour and a half onsite, with minimal disruption to other activities around the house. All this at a very decent price. Will definitely call them again.
Consumer Beware! We were promised experienced cleaners and provided with a clear list of what would be done according to the cost. The young couple who were dropped off didn’t even know how to run the vacuum. The young lady tried to clean the windows with a dirty wet rag. It was difficult to communicate with either of the cleaners. Very little from the list was ever done as the young man spent a good deal of his time on the phone. Superb on-site service from owner Conrad and also from Shelly by phone from the office. I went from fully expecting to have to replace about 500 sq ft of carpeting to absolutely NO sign of where the blood was spilled. It took two trips to ensure success, with a minor amount of follow-up by me, but the results are quite amazing.
