Went they have nice selection but customer service is sub-par. I asked sales person what's the difference in a piece and she said you can't tell? Like the customer is dumb... I must be because that's all I asked

Have been dealing with this establishment for years (maybe over 20yrs) took my son's chain in for repair, the repair was not done well, one of the links came off therefore soldering would have had to be done in 2 spots for a proper repair(which wasn't only one spot was done)... took it back immediately, the lady (more mature one)immediately said it's going to cost an additional amount (without paying attention)...felt cheated, paying twice as much for a repair that wasn't done correctly! Will not be returning to purchase any... read more

My mom had. 3 bracelets made for her grandkids last spring. My son’s bracelet had literally broken 3 times!!! Within minutes of putting the bracelet on it breaks !! My daughter’s bracelet has also broken off 2x! Not sure what kind of gold they are using but it is definitely not worth the $$$! My mom had to take it to another well known jeweler who used to be in the area iykyk!(near carvel) but know if off of cross bay blvd, to have these bracelets fixed! Do not buy any gold from here. It is not worth the $$$

We purchased 3 bracelets for our grandchildren! Each of them was well over $600! The items are so poorly made that they literally fall apart while the kids are sitting down! To add insult to injury, every time we return them, we have to pay to have them repaired! Ridiculous!
