As a professional in the healthcare field I cannot back Dr. J as a competent doctor nor would I refer friends and family. I know too much about his practices. It’s a shame he has a medical degree.
Dr. care is satisfactory. customer service is horrible. receptionist act as if they have much more pressing things to do then tend to their job on the telephone. Very short, talk over you and act as if they just don't care. Seems to be a growing problem in todays society. there used to be a time when doctors and their offices cared about the patient's well being. Not anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I initially thought I found a good office until I had to deal with the staff. Poor reflection on the Dr.!!!
Basically he gave me a quick diagnosis, put me on horrible meds and then sent me on my way. Now I know why someone told me his nickname is "dr. Feel good!"
Very bad experience. Please think twice before you go to someone who literally spends less than 10 minutes with you and you can walk out with any drug because he's probably getting paid well by the pharmaceuticals. I urge you to look at him with great judgment. He truly doesn't know what he is doing and is the only doctor I know who sends out physical results, without clearer reviewing changes from year to year....I know mine look worse after being with him, but I saw it before he did!
I have never been treated so rudely by a MD as I was by this man. He actually hung up on me when I was trying to talk with him about the treatment (or lack there of) for my daughter. She went in with multiple symptoms. He diagnosed her before he ever entered the room. It was apparent by the notes in the medical record that the documentation was more important that the patient. She has the same symptoms and never received any follow up.
Very nice and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!
