Had an unfortunate experience today at Jaho on Derby. Ordered 4 coffees, all different, and 2 off the coffees were swapped - one was supossed to be Hot and the other iced. When bringing this to the counter staffs attention they would not remake the order to correct their mistake. We were told that they made it correctly and we were dismissed. Great local coffee shop! Hanoi Coffee!! Kulfi Latte!
They made our drinks wrong and didn’t remake them. She tried arguing back with me and was rude the whole time. If you want good customer service I don’t recommend going here. The girl making drinks with the black braids and the red shirt on 9/27 had horrible customer experience and they don’t write the names of the drinks on the cups so how are you supposed to know which is what. They also served us a frozen blueberry muffin not even defrosted.
Very crowded . You place your order and they call out your name. We ordered 4 drinks and pastries. It was so crowded could not hear our name. No names or which coffee was in what cup. Had to take sips of the coffee to figure out whose coffee it was. They made the coffee wrong and refused to correct it because some of the coffee was sipped. All 4 of us had to figure out which one was theirs. The bagel was good but the muffin was iced cold practically frozen. Never again
