Dr. Collier doesn't respect anyone's time. They tell me to be there 15 minutes before my appointment or I am considered late, yet they don't call me back until 25 minutes AFTER my appoinment, then leave me in one of the rooms for another 45 minutes. How long am I suppose to wait? What is the definition of a '9:15am' appointment? I have other obligations during the day, and it'd be nice to know how much time I need to dedicate to these appointments. We were very impressed with Dr. collier. He told us that my husband needed a knee replacement. We made an appt. right then and had to go to numerous doctors to get releases. I called a month later after not hearing from them and was told they needed a release from a pulmonologist because of a nodule on his lung that he had for many years. The family doctor and heart doctor said it was benign and nothing to worry about.
