Best dealer (AutoNation) and service center (Jaguar/Land Rover) in the valley. Typically prompt, helpful and knowledgeable; especially Mr. Robert, who upholds the standard for excellence one would expect from Jaguar. I strayed away once and won't be making that mistake again, there's no better place for my car.
Last week, Tonya and Mitch both ensured we were so well taken care of with our first service appointment for the gorgeous F-Pace we bought here in February 2025. I bought a "certified used" 20,000 miles Land Rover Velar. A light came on for the airbag at 36000 miles. I took my car to the Thousand Oaks Land Rover and they tell me that months ago they were hacked and they could not check the warranty information so I told them not to do anything until warranty is confirmed.
