My service rep was great. The things that were probably out of her control were not so great. The warranty company and their communication was bad. I turned my car in March 26. No loaner cars available. I had to rent a car the first week. Out of desparation I asked again for loaner car. I got one. I finally got my car back yesterday April 22. $10000 was my cost. My service guy was great. I have no complaints about him. He was courteous kind and took care of me while I was there that I would give five stars. When I don’t give five stars as to Jaguar dealership when you spend a sufficient amount of money on buying a new car and you are told do not bring it back for two years for service. The second time going to the service department of Jaguar Woodland Hills for repairing my Ipace I was still very impressed with the diagnosis and repair once the car hit the service bay. My Rep. Megan, as always, was very professional and friendly. I am always amazed by the tech video updates as the process proceeds. Highly recommended.
