I had a minor malfunction with my Jaguar F Pace and needed to get an impromptu service at Jaguar of West Columbia, MD. Larry was able to escalate my issue and ensured a service technician began working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived. Although they had to order a part that was not in stock, they managed to expedite the order and minimize my downtime. Larry has consistently provided excellent service, he follows up with a call to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. I highly recommend asking for him!
As always, the Service Department and the Service Advisor is courteous, professional, does an excellent job. I don’t take my vehicles to any other Land Rover Dealer for service.
