I was very disappointed with the recent service experience at your dealership. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, but shortly after returning home, I noticed oil leaking and splashing all over the engine. One of the belts had also come off. When I inquired about the cause, I was not provided with a clear explanation, other than it being a dealership error.
