The Service Department of Jaguar West Columbia has been consistently outstanding since my first Jaguar purchase in 2020. They inform me of what is required to keep my car in the best condition. They also sometimes, recommend other items not necessarily on the list of required service, but would help to keep my car in tip top shape. I have never felt pressured... just informed. Moreover, my car is always ready on time and returned exceptionally cleaner than I brought it in.
By far my favorite Land Rover dealership, Tom is the best. I would definitely recommend this service department to my friends and family.
