individual service managers were great, but had to go on repeated occasions for the same issue incurring additional expense and new issues occurring within weeks of having been there.
I was so pleased to have been served by Larry my service advisor when I visited to get certain parts replaced by him. He was very genuine and kind enough to make sure that you get the service you require by truly attending to your needs on a human level.
