Called about a car (since I live far away) at 4:58pm ready to negotiate and do what was needed, I made them aware of that at the beginning of my FaceTime call. I specifically said I wanted to get a value for my trade in and begin the process. It took almost 2 hours to start talking pricing. Again, I called at 4:58pm. I was treated really poorly by the salesperson Bianca , slow response times and completely stopped reaching out after I told her where id like to be on my payment . I don't like feeling like I am unimportant when i am trying to give your dealership a chance 5 states away because of how much I liked that car , but she put a permanent bad taste in my mouth and I ended up going with a more local dealer and paid more when I shouldn't have had to do that .

Very easy to work with when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle from them they’re not pushy and they also are very fair when it comes to pricing customer service is fantastic totally opposite of Jaguar dealer Coppin Road and I-95. Jaguar of West Broward when they tell you something it is the truth. This is the best jaguar dealer in South Florida.
