Always professional and thorough
Had some plastic rivets pop out of a trim piece in the back door on the F pace as well as a console that doesn't shut up front. This place sent me a quote a week later and suggested routine service too since it was in the shop. 3649.41. I will fix those cosmetic things myself and let another place handle service. What a joke.
Just be prepared to be taken for a ride if you use the service center for any out of warranty work. Was quoted $500 over the phone for an f pace oxygen sensor (downstream sensor, easy access location at end of the exhaust), about as straightforward as it gets. Get told its actually $850 once it's in the shop even though none of the work changed.
