I brought my Jaguar F-Pace to the dealership for routine service covered under Jaguar. It was due for the 5 year service. I had low mileage and no issues with the vehicle, though I did request new windshield wipers as mine were warped. I was told my car would be returned after a car wash/wax. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. The dealership had my car for 6 days! I did not receive any details or videos of the inspection. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Jaguar West Ashley for servicing repairs. This is not a reflection of the service provider Chad, who was pleasant, professional and communicative throughout the process. My concern is with the dealership’s overall business practices. I initially came in for an oil change and tire rotation, along with a few additional concerns. Needed a fuse replaced in my Jaguar. They scheduled my service but neglected to tell me that they expected me to leave my car there 3 to 4 days for them to fix the fuse. I drove it there from out of town only to find this out. They did not have a loaner for me and said that they could only provide me a loaner at an appointment in a month. Had some plastic rivets pop out of a trim piece in the back door on the F pace as well as a console that doesn't shut up front. This place sent me a quote a week later and suggested routine service too since it was in the shop. 3649.41. I will fix those cosmetic things myself and let another place handle service. What a joke.
