Had some plastic rivets pop out of a trim piece in the back door on the F pace as well as a console that doesn't shut up front. This place sent me a quote a week later and suggested routine service too since it was in the shop. 3649.41. I will fix those cosmetic things myself and let another place handle service. What a joke.
Just be prepared to be taken for a ride if you use the service center for any out of warranty work. Was quoted $500 over the phone for an f pace oxygen sensor (downstream sensor, easy access location at end of the exhaust), about as straightforward as it gets. Get told its actually $850 once it's in the shop even though none of the work changed. Had to stop in for emergency service, nice friendly, clean dealership.
My F Type went in for ticking noise under the hood, they told me the super charger had a “known issue”. When I got my car back the hood was so crooked it prevented me from opening the door and chipped the paint along the edge of both, the door and hood. Their fix was bottle touch up paint. It still ticks. Now that my warranty is up, I decided to upgrade the pulleys on the supper charger only to find they didn’t even put the bolt back in.
