Avoid this place like the plague! First off we had the worst salesman ever, John Konstan. He was sneaky, a liar and was only worried about making a sale. Talked to his manager about it and he said they’ve had similar complaints about him from other people as well. Ended up paying all CASH for our vehicle, they refused to give us the title the day we bought it because they didn’t have it and said they’d mail it to us. Great service, good prices, amazing vehicles.
We purchased a #volvocars six months ago. Last week a warning light came on which indicated a brake light was not working. When we purchased the car they assured us they would pick our car up and leave us a car even though we lived 40 minutes away. When we called to have the car serviced they said well no, we won’t be able to do that for at least a week. So my wife drove the car over to get it serviced, waited two hours while it was serviced and drove it home after they assured us that it was repaired. The repair light came ... read more
