Had an appointment at 7:30am for an oil change and to look into a noise coming from front end when steering wheel was turned at low to no speed. Oil change was done at 10:30 and they recommended the rear differential fluid be changed that didn't get done till sometime after 3:00 was told I would get an uber to get car but took so long I had my wife take me after work when I drove the car the tires had been over Infated 55lbs.when the door sticker says 33-36 front and rear and tires say 40lbs max.They are supposed to be exper... read more

I am happy to report that Peter and the team at Fields in Waukesha provided exceptional service for an issue I had with my warrantied Jaguar. They were able to correct my issue on the first visit after I had a nightmare experience with a service center in Appleton that lead me to driving 90 minutes here for help. It has been several weeks and I have not had any additional issues with my vehicle. Kudos!
Very satisfied with the service on my XE , especially Bob who gave me detailed explanations for each question and eventually gave a very good service.
Service department will not call you back. Tried 3 times yesterday and left 2 voicemails. Guess I’m going to a different dealer.
