I brought in my Jaguar F Type to get an OEM key fob made back in September of 2025. The key fob was paid in full and I was told that I would be notified when the key fob came in and to bring in my vehicle to get it programmed. I followed up multiple times with Bert.B saying they placed the order and that they will reach out for updates which I stopped receiving. Had an excellent service experience during a busy holiday season. They do a great job providing consistently high quality vehicle service and a great customer experience. Highly recommend.
Was told by the parts department that they aren't willing to give out part numbers for the parts they sale. We will deal with a different location in the future.
