Overall I am happy with this dealership. One point of suggestion for their service would be to have a service person who can triage the issue on the phone quickly. It usually takes their service agents up to a few hours to get back to you. This is not an optimal turn around time when you have an emerging mechanical issue.
I don't often give one star reviews, but this feels earned. Between not knowing one car from another, not understanding how their own warranties apply, a competing salesperson using us as leverage, and being deliberately ignored by their sales manager, Ken, it was an all-around waste of 10+ hours.
