Love my car however experience with dealership would not recommend. Were some scratches on vehicle so requested touch up pen (3 times), my sales rep never responded to me. Traded in my daughter car towards my new car and settled amount outstanding on her BMW with Jacquar. They never paid out loan and have made 4 payments on it since. Very unprofessional experience. Update…week later, still no resolution and now 5 payments I have made on car I traded in and paid this dealership in full for, with them supposed to be paying off... read more

I was sold a brand new Jag on August 16th. Within 2 weeks the front windshield was cracked, right across my drivers view. I put in a call/claim with ICBC and Jag, and was told there are no windshields, and no ETA- I'd have to get a stock one without any of the heated core. I bought $4,000 supplementary 'replacement cost' insurance and paid cash.
