I’ve recently been in touch with this dealership regarding a car I wanted to purchase. I am located in Toronto and I understand that this dealership is located in Vancouver and I understand the process of recieving a vehicle in Toronto with all the costs that are included in the process. I agreed to cover all the costs on my end and this was understood by everyone that I was speaking to during this process. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism by all staff members. Like I mentioned to Joanna Mejia, the Customer Care Manager, I felt like a VIP when dealing with this group of nice people. She kept me in the loop when my vehicle was being worked on at the dealership. Kudos goes out to the detailing team, because the car I purchased was over 10 years old but when I took delivery, it felt like a brand new car. Thank you to the JLR Vancouver team.
