I had an extremely bad experience with Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver and should have walked away at the first red flag. MCL continues to set the gold bar for service. From the outstanding new facility to reps who really care about your car and are sympathetic to what are undeniably high costs (expensive cars=expensive service), the treatment is always VIP. Good advice is offered and in my case, that has resulted in my 2 JLR vehicles being mechanically trouble free.
Bought my BMW X6M from here. Sal was very helpful, and so was Joanne. I love my car, but one thing that bothers me and why I am not giving it a 5 star review, is because according to their inspection team, these brake pads "pass' their inspection. Please see photo for reference.
