I am very dissatisfied. I dropped off my xk with a convertable top issue. After 5 weeks and no call i finally reached someone after 3 attempts only to be told they did not have anyone familiar with convertables . I picked up the car the next day only to have it be dead in my garage in the morning. After conversations with customer service i had it towed to jaguar in Norwood and after 5 more weeks they found a loose connector. Jonathan was outstanding. My I-Pace was there for 34 days and during that time he took all of my phone calls, gave me updates via text message, and made sure that my vehicle was completely fixed before getting my car back to me. His customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciate his efforts. So far all is well on day 2. Thanks Jaguar Sudbury!
