I had a horrible experience here. Manager is extremely rude, does not care about customer concerns. DO NOT let them fool you with the extended warranty, it covers NOTHING. They even said the warranty I paid 6k didn’t exist when I bought the car (2024) and it came out in 2025. Just absolute bullshit from all employees. I get the impression since I own a base model Jaguar, I am nothing to them, they only care for customers buying higher value vehicles. Make the drive to Jaguar Norwood.
