They are a Land Rover dealer and no longer aJaguar dealer. Could not get my car reprogrammed due to this.
This is a review for your service department. It's terrible and this will be the last visit for service from me since my warranty will be up for the oil changes. It took me over a month to get an appointment, then I show up and am told it will be 2 and a half hours before you get to my car. I'm 3rd in line apparently and when others have walked out your employees are baffled about peoples attitude about your lack of respect for peoples time. Fast reliable and very friendly service. Bought my car from them, and will continue to use their service department
Their services were great and quick i disintegrate have to wait that long before they discover the problem my car had. They are nicę and there customer care was very good.
