Fields Jaguar on Atlantic in Jacksonville FL has the Worst service ever!!!!...My car has been there for almost 3 months and Ive had it for only 5 months total..Initially it stopped due to battery failure...Had it towed in July 25th the Service Manager Robert Schuging said that my car has a V6 bumper and that voided the warranty..They never touched it for 1 month..I towed it home then to Pep Boys for diagnostic then back to Fields Jaguar after the company I bought it from decided to pay for everything (a $400 diagnostic check... read more
Im unsatisfied with the fact that i waited four hrs to get an oil change. I was originally told 1.5hr. i agreed to that but had i known it was going to be hrs later, i would have declined. I too find service guy Jay too occupied with other matters. He does not return my phone calls either. Also they seem to have the fewest coupons available online. I did not meet anyone i can describe as "friendly." thats even after dropping about 800 bucks in parts.
The used car and service department are the worst I have ever experienced. Used Car Department - Jesus - The internet car sales person was very disorganized and everything that he promised from not having the car (2008 Jaguar XK8) ready which was two days from the date of purchase.
