Worst service I’ve experienced. Received a loaner with an empty liquor bottle in the trunk—completely unacceptable. The invoice didn’t match the payment, and the service advisor couldn’t clearly explain the issues with my vehicle, so I had to take it elsewhere. This was very different from my prior visits and seems to have declined under new management
