The team provided great service!
The engine light came on the car, so I took it in for a repair. The service department quickly took care of the issues (next day, it was ready). However, the light came on again a few days later. They had to replace a spring part that they missed on the prior repair. I like the text messages updating me on my vehicle’s progress. They even sent a link with video inspection of my car. Even though they didn’t have loaner cars this time, they called Uber for me to get home. Over all, I’m satisfied with their work and curtesy.
The Land Rover service team was amazing. My Range Rover was towed in from over 2 hours away, after hours on the weekend. The service department got me in first thing on Monday morning, replaced my blown tire, and got me back on the road quickly so I could make the 7 hour drive home to Florida. Thank you all for the great service!
The service was great and everyone was very helpful but the price seemed high.
