If you are considering purchasing a luxury vehicle, I would encourage you to proceed with caution. Experiencing a vehicle breakdown is unfortunate but can happen; however, the lack of a loaner vehicle provided by this dealership is unacceptable and inconsistent with the level of service typically associated with a luxury brand. Throughout my years of owning luxury vehicles, I have never encountered a situation where a dealership was unable or unwilling to provide a loaner during a service disruption. This dealer is trash don’t buy from here. I got a car without even JLR parts in it which is sad nor was I told. I had to find out from the service tech when the video was sent to me about my service
Very disappointed with the service. Staff were unhelpful, and my experience did not meet the standard I expect from a Jaguar dealership. Poor Service at Jaguar Schaumburg. Ashley was very unprofessional with her response to the corporate call. Never again will I ever spend another dollar at this location. I will take my Jaguar money somewhere else!!
