Service advisors and showroom people are pleasant, but the actual service department was a letdown. Extreme markups are to be expected (>300%), but quality of work was unnaceptably poor and issue recurred within a month, requiring a further revisit of >1 week. On both occasions, the service department failed to bring my vehicle out for an extended period of time upon pickup, claiming they were unable to find it in the lot. Vehicle settings were also altered and glovebox had been rummaged through.
Not happy will never get a new car from them again.
First time having vehicle serviced at Schaumburg and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Professional, fast, and convenient! Will positively be back and happily recommend!
