One of their rep set up an appointment to appraise my vehicle for a potential sale. I took time off mt busy schedule to drive 15 miles to the dealership so they can tell me we don't take vehicles like yours. Your rep had the picture and saw what type of vehicle it is and never mentioned that.
Their parts department is selling items on eBay they don't have, then not processing refunds. Had to get eBay involved in order to receive a resolution.
Have bought 2 cars from here - Kenny is the best! Finds the right car for our needs and helps us get the best deal possible. Will always come back to work with Kenny.
