Wonderful service advisor. Armando. At jaquar dealership. He is attentive personable and polite. Car was taken care of as promised..
One of their rep set up an appointment to appraise my vehicle for a potential sale. I took time off mt busy schedule to drive 15 miles to the dealership so they can tell me we don't take vehicles like yours. Your rep had the picture and saw what type of vehicle it is and never mentioned that.
Their parts department is selling items on eBay they don't have, then not processing refunds. Had to get eBay involved in order to receive a resolution.
