The service dept was horrible- had Jaq corporate tow my car to them - about my windshield wiper light was on. I called ahead of time to see how long it would take and they said a day or two, but it took over a week . My wife and I are sadden and disappointed in the professionalism with a situation that took place at this dealership, while trying to purchase a vehicle. We overheard a manage, I believe her name was Mary speaking with a gentleman about a service he provided to the dealership in the service department. She was being very unprofessional and disrespectful to the gentleman refusing to pay him for his service.
