Very poor customer service. I was in the market to buy my first bike and read great reviews however that was not my experience. They got me preapproved and were supposed to call me which they never did I still gave them another chance and went back up there and was told banks are closed but when they open in two days we promise we will call you this time. My family and I purchased an e-bike online from a different vendor for my wife's birthday some months ago . Recently the chain to the bike gears came off. I live just a few miles north of St Augustine, FL. I could not find a bike repair to fix the chain in the immediate area. Bought new ATV- front tire falls off on 1st ride. General manager refuses to do anything other than put the tire back on and go over it again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
