Charles Saxton was very professional in every aspect of the purchase of my 2025 Jaguar F-pace. We basically did the entire process over the phone, apart from signatures in financing. He was very responsive from the very beginning. His communication was excellent and he made the entire process stress-free and timely. I would definitely recommend him for anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. Hopefully I will have the pleasure of working with him again in the future.
I have owned BMW, Chevy, Chrysler, Ford, Mercedes , Porsche and this is my second Jaguar. I have never received the absolutely superb service from a service advisor from other dealerships as I have from Tyler Kasper. He listens to my requests, completes the service with frequent updates and I never worry that extra charges are added on. He is the best.
Tyler at Jaguar/Land Rover is great! Friendly, helpful, polite and accommodating. Well informed about your vehicle when it's in for service and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend connecting with him. Overall my experience with Onyx has been very good.

Tyler has been amazing as an advisor for me at Onyx. My Jaguar has had numerous issues as it approaches 100k miles, but most recently, he got me out of a jam where my 3rd party warranty had said they were no longer going to cover any expenses, and I had an emergency engine issue over the weekend where I was forced to take it to another mechanic.
