I purchased a 2017 F-Type convertible that was certified pre-owned. It has several issues that I have been trying to get Jaguar of Tampa to fix for several months now. Today they canceled at the last minute the appointment for service. I don't think they talk to each other. And I don't think they fully stand behind the certified pre-owned platform.
